I had a rather unsettling experience. One morning, i found my 'standard double room' door slightly ajar. the safe wasn't bolted down (i wonder why). It started early each day.

The rooftop pool and cafe area were beautiful, the views were amazing. I loved relaxing there. the staff were very good too assist me with everything i needed. It was really good. i also really appreciated that breakfast had a wonderful buffet. I'm a big fan of variety.

The taxi situation to get to the medina was a little inconvenient. It took about 25 minutes walking. it would have been more convenient if the hotel offered a shuttle service.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items, there were pastries, eggs, and fresh fruit. I felt very satisfied. the restaurant offered a nice ambiance with soft music, and the arabian decor.

The staff was attentive and kind. They always greeted me with a smile. housekeeping kept my room super clean and replaced the towels daily, i could tell that they had a high level of care . I really appreciated it.
